Inventory Support Specialist
Mesa, AZ
Contract Position
$20.93-$23.45/Hour

Responsibilities- Move production materials in/out of storage, production areas, and other locations to support continuous workflow.
- Monitor work-in-process inventory and update status using both automated systems and manual reports.
- Identify and resolve parts/materials discrepancies to ensure accurate inventory tracking.
- Communicate part/material availability to production and support teams.
- Prioritize and expedite production activities through coordination with internal departments.
- Operate a forklift (training provided) and perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 35 lbs and prolonged standing.
- Work under close supervision in a production environment.
- Education
:
High School Diploma or GED. - Physical Requirements
:
Ability to lift 35 lbs and remain on feet for extended periods. - Forklift operation
:
Will receive certification via Boeing training program. - Software Skills
:- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint).
- Experience with SQL (Structured Query Language).
- Familiarity with Tableau or other data modeling/reporting tools.

On-site work required.
