Overview
Manager: Head of Strategic Advisory & Organic Growth

The Field Office Operations Manager serves as a primary support and coordination resource for Modern Wealth Management’s field offices across the U.S. This role ensures operational efficiency, scalability, and timely resolution of office‑level issues by leveraging appropriate corporate resources and escalating concerns to the correct internal teams. The individual in this role plays a key role in driving consistency and excellence across the firm’s physical office footprint and enabling organic growth.
KeyPerformance Indicators (KPIs)
- Timely resolution of field office support requests and issues
- Field office satisfaction and engagement
- Successful onboarding of new offices into the acceleration stream
- Completion rate and follow‑through on action items from regional, DOO, and acceleration meetings
- Operational process improvement initiatives completed
- Serve as the primary point of contact for local offices to raise requests and issues, collaborating directly with Managing Directors and Directors of Operations at our Regional office locations.
- Triage and manage support requests and operational issues from field offices using tools like Salesforce, Smart Sheets, or similar productivity tools. Ensure timely resolution, clear tracking, and trend analysis for future improvements.
- Resolve operational support requests and collaborate with internal departments such as IT, Compliance, HR, and Accounting to resolve office‑level challenges as appropriate.
- Identify and recommend changes to systems, workflows, or policies to reduce recurring issues and increase office efficiency.
- Track advisor team performance metrics in alignment with organic growth and development goals. Share insights to support strategy and decision‑making.
- Manage and coordinate weekly regional office management calls, ensuring agendas are clear, discussions are documented, and follow‑ups are executed.
- Lead preparation and planning for quarterly acceleration calls and ensure agendas are relevant, content has been gathered from appropriate stakeholders, and meetings are scheduled in a timely manner.
- Serve as a liaison for transitioning new offices into the acceleration stream in collaboration with the integration team and ensure alignment with corporate goals and best practices.
- Attend monthly Director of Operations (DOO) calls to share updates, capture key issues, and provide operational support to the DOO community.
- CFP license required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or a related field required.
- Master’s degree (MBA or MS in Finance, Taxation, or Wealth Management) preferred.
- Industry certifications such as Series 65, Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and/or Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor (CPFA).
- Excellent organizational abilities.
- Effective communication skills for both internal and external clients.
- Position may require travel up to 10%.
