Project Coordinator Infrastructure

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, related field or equivalent experience
• A minimum of two years’ experience in a Professional Services or similar environment, participating in complex projects and/or the desire to grow into a Project Management career are preferred
• Exposure to technology projects and project management
• Advanced Skills in MS Office applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Experience with Smartsheet workspace setup and support
• Experience with developing and maintaining Excel pivot tables
• Excellent understanding of financial processes; ability to understand, analyze and create financial reports
• Experience in effectively influencing & leading personnel
• Basic knowledge and understanding of project management industry standard framework and the development life cycle
• Ability to work independently and aggressively track project timelines
• Excellent documentation skills and attention to detail
• Ability to communicate well with customers and co-workers (written, verbal, and presentation)
• Ability to write business reports in a well-organized manner
• Ability to work well with multiple teams
• Strong problem solving skills

Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $51,600.00 to $64,500.00 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ.

Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.
