Operations Manager, Retail & Store Manager
Position Summary
As a Realty Project Coach, you'll join the Realty Execution team, owning the delivery of store remodels, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet top‑notch quality standards. You'll supervise hourly team members, handle escalations, and collaborate with store associates to keep everything on track.
What You'll Do- Lead the implementation of store remodel projects in assigned locations, communicating plans, changes, and obstacles to stakeholders.
- Motivate and manage a team to meet timelines and deliverables, fostering collaboration and teamwork among associates.
- Develop associates by providing supervision, training, recognition, and career‑path guidance.
- Resolve concerns from store leadership, suppliers, and associates and reinforce best‑practice teamwork.
- Own project execution, minimizing impact on store operations.

Own the execution of projects in your assigned stores. - Develop Associates:
Provide supervision and development opportunities, listen, act on ideas, evaluate talent, train, mentor, recognize, and identify career paths.
- Demonstrated knowledge of construction remodels, project management, space management, and/or store design.
- Experience leading people, projects, initiatives, or cross‑functional teams.
Primarily working overnight; night shifts average from 10 to 12 hours.
TravelFrequent travel up to 1,000 miles from home is a role requirement. Expect to be away 80 % of the time, or for 17‑21 days at a time. Travel areas are based on project workload and may change. Mileage will be reimbursed and overnight stays paid for Realty Project Coach roles. Time traveling is not paid.
SalaryAnnual salary range: $60,000 – $110,000. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Certain positions may also receive stock.
Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in business or related field and at least 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area; or 3 years of such experience.
- Required to attend and complete all job‑required trainings and assessments.
- Master's degree in Business or related field.
- 1 year of experience leading cross‑functional teams.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
