We are looking for an experienced, bilingual Hiring & Operations Manager to join our team. You will be the bridge between our staff and in‑office schedulers, ensuring that we hire the best talent, provide top‑tier training, and maintain the high quality of service our customers expect.

This position offers a flexible Monday through Friday schedule. We value work‑life balance and are happy to accommodate personal appointments and family commitments.

• Talent Acquisition:
  Manage the end-to-end hiring process for new cleaners (posting ads, interviewing, onboarding).
• Training & Development:
  Lead hands‑on training for new hires to ensure they meet company cleaning standards.
• Quality Control:
  Perform periodic site visits and quality checks to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Logistics:
  Manage daily/weekly scheduling for our cleaning teams using our scheduling software.

• Bilingual:
  Fluent in English and Spanish.
