Senior Contract Maintenance Analyst (CMA) – Facilities Management Center of Expertise (FM CoE), Mesa, Arizona. This position is 100% onsite.
Position Responsibilities- Oversee daily site operations and maintenance activities performed by the IFM provider to ensure consistent service delivery.
- Act as the primary point of contact for maintenance-related issues and ensure timely resolution in collaboration with the IFM team.
- Monitor and manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure compliance with contractual service levels and performance standards.
- Engage in invoice review and validation to ensure billing accuracy and alignment with budgetary controls.
- Support and manage site-level facilities budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities and ensuring fiscal responsibility.
- Collaborate with site project teams to ensure facilities operations are effectively integrated into project planning and execution.
- Maintain data integrity and performance insights through systems such as CMMS (Corrigo) and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide reporting and updates to FM leadership regarding IFM performance, budget status, and operational risks or escalations.
- 3+ years of experience in large construction projects, facilities management, or large project management.
- Experience developing budgets, schedules, and performance standards.
- Experience managing ambiguity and changing priorities in a fast-paced collaborative environment supporting multiple organizations.
- Experience in a role that required project management skills.
- Experience with CMMS systems.

Summary Pay Range: $118,150 – $159,850.
