A multi‑disciplinary architectural, engineering and construction firm is seeking a Fire Alarm Service & Inspections Division Manager, and will help lead, scale, and strengthen their fire alarm service and inspections operations by driving operational excellence, technical compliance, and team development at their Mesa, AZ office.
Your Day Includes- Overseeing daily service and inspection operations, including scheduling, workload distribution, and resource management
- Leading, mentoring, and developing technicians and future managers while fostering a high‑performance culture
- Serving as the technical subject matter expert for fire alarm systems, programming, troubleshooting, and system design
- Ensuring compliance with NFPA, IBC, IFC, and local AHJ requirements through quality control and report review
- Minimum 10 years of experience in fire alarm or fire sprinkler service/inspections.
- NICET Level II (or higher) in Fire Alarm or Fire Sprinkler systems, or equivalent experience
- Proven leadership experience in service and inspections operations with strong technical expertise.
