Mozzeria Express is looking for a hands-on leader to run our high-energy pizza shop inside Lochiel Brewing Co.
What You’ll Do- Lead daily operations, from prep to service to cash handling
- Hire, train, and coach a small team
- Keep food quality, speed, and safety on point
- Manage inventory, ordering, and POS (Square)
- Partner with brewery staff and HQ on marketing + events
- Create a welcoming, ASL-friendly guest experience
- 2+ years in fast-casual/QSR management (pizza a plus!)
- Strong team leadership + scheduling skills
- POS/reporting know-how
- Food handler/manager cert (or get within 30 days)
- Clear communicator; ASL skills or willingness to learn
- Ready to lift 40 lbs + work nights/weekends
