Utility Porter – Pro-Serv Commercial Cleaning

Shift: Monday/Friday 7:30am-4pm

Hourly Rate: $19.00‑20.00 DOE

Location: 101 Hwy and 56th St

• You must be 18 years old.
• General cleaner experience preferred.
• Must be able to speak English.
• Pre‑employment criminal background check required.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs (sometimes more).

• Scrubbing floors with a side‑by‑side machine.
• Using a ride‑on machine to clean floors.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds (sometimes more).
• Lots of bending, lifting and carrying items around the building.
• Emptying wastebaskets and recyclables and transporting to disposal area.
• Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming floors using brooms, mops and manual or backpack vacuum cleaners (some floors may require scrubbing, waxing, and polishing).
• Stocking and replenishing supplies.
• Cleaning restrooms and breakrooms.

Requires following safety policies and procedures (such as locking doors, using proper chemicals and reporting incidents).
