Job Title: Post-Construction Cleaner - Project Based

Corporate Cleaning Group is seeking Post-Construction Cleaners, Final Cleanings in different areas of Metro Phoenix.

The shift is Each Project's details are shared with on-Demand team members and determine availability. Projects vary in size and number of days. Average cleaning day can go from 4-6hrs.

Pay is: $20.00dlls/hr + Growth opportunities

Project types:
Retail Stores, Apartments, Preschools and Daycares, Offices, Churches, Medical Facilities, Car Dealers or Warehouses

Deep Cleaning duties include:

Vacuuming, sweeping, mopping

Trash Removal

Mid and High Dusting

Cleaning all areas of restrooms.

Cleaning glass inside and outside

Wiping and disinfecting surfaces, cabinets, inside and outside.

Removing minor constructions debris such as tape, spots of paint, stickers, etc

No Major Construction Debris will be present

All materials and tools provided on site

Requirements:

Preferred but not required cleaning experience-training on the job provided

Have reliable transportation

Team oriented, also can complete tasks alone

Have an excellent work ethic and an eye for detail

Excellent attendance

Ability to walk, stand, reach and bend for extended periods of time

Ability to lift and move items around 10 pounds

Great Job for those with Previous Work Experience in:

Hotel cleaning / housekeeping

Property management/ apartment cleaning

Janitorial / Custodian

Restaurant workers

Grocery Workers
