Job Description & How to Apply Below

Company Overview

Before we opened Strive Pharmacy we were unsatisfied with the current state of the pharmaceutical industry. Most of the current pharmaceuticals only offer a one size fits all approach and often come with unwanted and potentially dangerous side effects. We found that through compounding we can offer a much more personalized solution to medicine.

Our Mission

We’re flipping the script with personal medicine. We strive to interrupt an industry that has been closed to personalized care, accessibility, and nuance for too long. We strive to shift a reactive view of self‑care and ignite a proactive baseline‑shifting approach to health for all. The human element is our crux and catalyst, driving all that we do, whether we’re interacting with patients, providers, or practices.

We’re here to partner with those ready for a change. More than a compounding pharmacy, we’re on a mission to positively disrupt healthcare as we know it. Strive is about more than medicine. Strive is about striving for the personal side of healthcare.

  • Lead structured root cause analyses for significant inventory discrepancies, process breakdowns, or recurring audit findings, and document clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with the National Inventory Manager, Inventory Control Managers, and Warehouse Managers to design, implement, and track corrective actions and retraining plans, and verify that these actions are effective over time.
  • Collaborate with warehouse, logistics, and procurement teams to resolve discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain audit documentation, reports, and inventory performance metrics.
  • Provide regular audit summaries, key findings, and risk assessments to the Sr. Manager, Warehousing, Inventory & Logistics, and recommend updates to policies, procedures, and controls.
  • Ensure adherence to pharmaceutical industry regulations, GxP standards, and internal policies.
  • Recommend process improvements to strengthen inventory integrity and supply chain efficiency.
  • Support cross‑functional teams in implementing best practices for supply chain and inventory management.
  • Assist in risk assessments and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in supply chain auditing, inventory management, or related field within pharmaceuticals or life sciences.
  • Strong understanding of inventory control principles, audit methodologies, and supply chain best practices.
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical compliance standards, such as FDA, cGMP, and GxP requirements.
  • Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
