Currently, we are seeking Warehouse Quality Supervisor candidates for a position based out of our operation in Mesa, AZ where we support an aerospace manufacture in the area.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage document control systems
- Develop and conduct audits to recommend and implement corrective actions
- Conduct cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy
- Assist in investigating quality defects and part issues for received material
- Document and perform root cause analyst of inventory discrepancies
- Update and monitor WMS to ensure our levels match that of the customer
- Complete weekly/monthly inventory reports pertaining to overages, shortages, hot parts, etc.
The ideal candidate will possess knowledge and/or experience in the following areas:
- Logistics and/or supply chain knowledge
- Strong analytical skills
- Collaborating with other employees, suppliers and customers
- Shipping and/or packaging knowledge
The ideal candidate will possess experience with the following computer programs:
- Microsoft Office (especially Access and Excel)
- Routing software
Other requirements include:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Eager to learn
- Ability to make quick decisions
- Good work ethics
- Ability to meet deadlines
