Associate Attorney

We've partnered with a well-established, multi-state plaintiff-side personal injury law firm with offices across the Western U.S. Their practice focuses on serious injury matters, including motor vehicle accidents, trucking cases, catastrophic injuries, wrongful death, and facility-related claims. This role is ideal for an Associate Attorney who enjoys client interaction, case strategy, and negotiation. You will manage personal injury matters from intake through settlement and work closely with senior attorneys while maintaining autonomy over your caseload.

• Evaluate Personal Injury claims through legal research and factual analysis.
• Communicate with clients, insurance adjusters, and third parties.
• Draft demand letters, medical record requests, and case correspondence.
• Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers.
• Develop case strategies in collaboration with senior attorneysli>
• Maintain accurate, organized case files in compliance with firm standards.
• Stay current on laws and regulations affecting personal injury claims.
• Handle smaller matters independently, with limited paralegal support.

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active bar license in the state of hire - Arizona.
• 1-3 years of Personal Injury experience preferred (Pre-Litigation focus).
• Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable using legal research tools and case management software.

• Salary: $90,000 - $135,000 (based on experience)
