• Lead technical and business discovery sessions to understand customer challenges and design tailored demonstrations
• Architect AI‑driven customer experience and employee services solutions that align with business goals
• Manage end‑to‑end technical engagement throughout the sales cycle, ensuring compliance and customer satisfaction
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to influence product development and align customer needs with the product roadmap
• Utilize analytics and AI performance metrics to measure ROI and drive continuous improvement

• 5+ years of presales or solutions consulting experience in SaaS, customer experience, or enterprise software
• Strong knowledge of web/scripting technologies and SaaS architectures
• Proven experience in designing and executing customer pilots that demonstrate business value
• Deep understanding of AI technologies and their applications in customer experience
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills

• Expertise in areas such as CCaaS, customer service software, ITSM, or business intelligence
• Graduate degree in a related field
• Strong analytical and storytelling abilities to connect technical capabilities to business impact
