Overview

Boeing is seeking a Mid-Level Global Security Intelligence Analyst to support the team in Mesa, AZ. As an Intelligence Analyst, you will work independently and collaboratively to provide decision-makers and business partners with actionable, tailored intelligence products. This is a security position; candidates with expertise in other disciplines who demonstrate geopolitical understanding and strong research, analysis, writing, and critical thinking skills will be considered.

The Lead Global Security Intelligence Analyst will guide the program’s strategic direction and knowledge development. This role includes limited administrative responsibilities and serving as the primary point of contact with other business partners.

Position Responsibilities
  • Author strategic intelligence deliverables and assessments framed around geopolitical and security developments and their potential impact to Boeing personnel, assets, and business operations
  • Support developments of interest related to criminal activity, geopolitical instability, issue-based activism, political violence, or terrorism
  • Assist in maintaining priority intelligence requirements to tailor open-source monitoring to developments of specific interest to Boeing
  • Adhere to established writing standards, style guides, and standard operating procedures; conduct detailed reviews of intelligence deliverables produced by other analysts
  • Brief senior decision-makers within Boeing on global trends and events, focusing on potential destabilization to the business landscape
  • Collaborate with the Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) Watch Operations Team for 24/7/365 incident awareness and crisis management
  • Collaborate with the Computer Incident Response Team’s Intelligence Unit to identify and mitigate threats to the company’s digital assets and provide cyber threat landscape awareness
  • Provide analytic support and expertise to Boeing’s Chief Security Officer and other business partners (e.g., Executive Flight Operations; Global Security Activity; Protective Services; Security & Fire Operations; and Supply Chain Security)
  • Manage individual and group projects in support of strategic initiatives
  • Maintain quality of Global Security Intelligence deliverables with team members
  • Monitor the team’s bandwidth and respond to requests accordingly
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)
  • 3+ years of experience and/or education in at least one of: corporate security; geopolitical instability; intelligence analysis; issue-based activism; political violence; protective intelligence; terrorism; and/or travel safety
  • 3+ years of experience with the intelligence cycle, analytic tradecraft and methodology
  • 3+ years of experience with the production and delivery of written and verbal briefings
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work or military experience
  • Experience in corporate security, the U.S. intelligence community, law enforcement, or the military
  • Experience with global risk intelligence, crisis management, social media analysis, geospatial tools, and data visualization software
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
  • Experience in data science and analysis
  • Experience with public-private partnerships sponsored by the U.S. government (e.g., OSAC)
  • Experience with cyber-related issues and intelligence
  • Experience with automation and artificial intelligence tools
  • Experience in a foreign language
