• Design and develop solutions within the Service Now Privacy Management module to manage Data Subject Requests, privacy impact assessments, and data mapping.
• In-depth knowledge of global data protection laws such as GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA.
• Understanding of Privacy by Design, DPA, RoPA, and DSAR.
• Strong knowledge of Operational Resilience principles, frameworks (e.g., NIST), regulatory requirements (e.g., DORA, FCA/PRA).
• Familiarity with risk management concepts such as risk assessment, controls, policies, and audit management.

• Service Now Modules:
  Operational Resilience Management, Privacy Management, Policy, Risk and Compliance Management, Integrated Risk Management (IRM)/GRC suite, Business Continuity Management (BCM), CMDB/CSDM.
• Development:
  JavaScript, Glide API, HTML, CSS.
• Configuration:
  Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, ACLs.
• Automation:
  Flow Designer, Workflow Editor.
• Integration: REST/SOAP Web Services, Integration Hub, MID Server.

Service Now Certifications (Desired):
Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD), or specialized GRC/IRM/Privacy certifications.
