Qualifications and Experience
- At least overall 12-15 years at least with 5 years of lead experience
- Hands on QA practitioner who can advocate and implement best practices and quality standards.
- Working with Senior management to identify, understand the gaps and implement the precise solutions.
- Agile, Fast paced, environments who can coordinate, lead & implement multiple projects.
- Coordinate with all the teams to manage & lead any new initiatives.
- Focus on Functional/Technical/Performance/API/End to End Testing etc.
- Leading a QA staging environment, Streamlining the process. Few systems have already it and missing for more.
- Technical Skills (not limited to):
- Common Tools & Frameworks as industry best practices
