• Own end-to-end UKG configuration for timekeeping, payroll, and related processes
• Ensure payroll accuracy through configuration, testing, and audit checkpoints
• Translate HR policies into accrual engines and manage balance logic
• Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) and manage release documentation
• Establish and enforce configuration standards to reduce vendor dependency

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of experience in business systems analysis or enterprise SaaS platform configuration ownership, preferably in timekeeping/payroll
• Direct experience with UKG, including multiple implementations
• Proven ability to translate policy and operational workflows into system rules/configuration
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent communication abilities

• Experience supporting multi-state operations and compliance-heavy environments
• Familiarity with payroll, tax, and GL impacts and reconciliation concepts
• Knowledge of change governance and release management in SaaS platforms
• Experience creating documentation standards for configuration and system behavior
• Background working with cross-functional teams in a tech and healthcare environment
