About the Role We're looking for a Head of Product Development & Research to lead the innovation, formulation, and validation of evidence-based nutraceutical products. This role is ideal for someone who bridges scientific expertise with product strategy passionate about turning cutting‑edge research into consumer‑ready health solutions that truly make a difference.

• Lead the full product lifecycle from ideation and formulation to testing and market launch.
• Develop science‑backed products that align with consumer needs and brand positioning.
• Translate emerging research and supplement trends into actionable product strategies.

• Source and qualify ingredients, packaging vendors, and partners (GMP‑certified and third‑party tested).
• Manage relationships with contract manufacturers, co‑packers, flavor houses, and testing labs (e.g., for PFAS, microplastics, heavy metals).
• Oversee production runs, packaging specifications (stick packs, bottles, cartons), and MOQs.

• Partner with marketing, design, and operations teams to align product development with business goals.
• Provide scientific insights and technical support across internal and external stakeholders.

• Leverage consumer insights, market data, and UX research to shape product roadmaps.
• Monitor performance, identify optimization opportunities, and enhance product efficacy and retention.
• Contribute to long‑term innovation and brand growth strategies.
