Our flagship products, Advising App, an all-in-one CRM and student engagement platform, and Aiding App, an AI-driven help desk and service management solution.
Canyon GBS is seeking a Product Success Associate to support customer-facing product education, demonstrations, and enablement activities across Advising App and Aiding App. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this role partners closely with the product, sales, and client experience teams to support demos, product tours, onboarding materials, training sessions, and knowledge base documentation.
Key Responsibilities- Product Demonstrations and Enablement:
Conduct live product demos, support pre-sales discovery, lead upsell demos, and deliver product demonstrations at conferences. - Learning and Development:
Design and deliver training, build product tours and onboarding resources, and translate new features into training materials. - Knowledge Management:
Maintain the product knowledge base and document product changes. - Event and Partner Support:
Support marketing and product teams at conferences and contribute product expertise to partner materials. - Product Insights and Feedback Loops:
Track training usage, demo outcomes, and content engagement to refine enablement approaches.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in learning and development, instructional design, customer education, product training, or similar roles.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Ability to explain complex workflows in clear language.
- Experience creating tutorials or training content.
Excellent writing and organizational skills. - Ability to travel up to 25 percent.
- Experience in higher education or IT service management.
- Experience supporting SaaS product onboarding.
- Background in instructional design.
- Familiarity with knowledge management tools or LMS systems.
