This is a full‑time position where you will provide support to SAGE's clients. Your responsibilities include:
- Assist clients with technical challenges.
- Help guide installs, modify, and make minor repairs to computer hardware and software systems.
- Resolve tickets representing staff‑generated technical requests or problems and troubleshoot technical and process issues to maintain productivity.
- Maintain system functionality by testing computer components.
- Consult with users to determine appropriate hardware and software needs and assist in placing orders.
This position is Monday through Thursday, 8:30 am to 7:30 pm. It offers flexible hybrid location, including in‑office and work‑from‑home. All equipment needed for this position is provided by SAGE.

- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Associate’s Degree in computer science, networking, or related degree preferred.
- Certification as Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) highly preferred.
- Experience with mobile device web‑meeting applications and a good experience in Android OS.
