The Boeing Company’s Global Talent Acquisition (GTA) Engineering team has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Mesa, AZ or Huntsville, AL
.
This role will be responsible for collaborating with Business Leaders and Human Resources (HR) Partners to develop and execute recruitment strategies that deliver engaging and personalized candidate experiences. Position Responsibilities- Partner with hiring leaders to understand critical job requirements, create and implement candidate generation strategies, and deliver the best candidates for each open position
- Leverage our Applicant Tracking System to create and publish requisitions, screen candidates, and assist in providing a smooth onboarding experience
- Partner and manage high-touch relationships with internal and external candidates and domestic hiring managers across multiple disciplines, locations and businesses
- Understand and translate technical/functional hiring needs to ensure job descriptions, qualifications and requirements are effectively reflected in job postings
- Utilize recruiting tools, such as Linked In Recruiter, Talent Insights, Hire Vue and Avature
- Search external resume databases proactively using Boolean search strings in a Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) environment
- Maintain pipeline of pre-screened candidates and continued contact with candidates to retain interest
- Provide proactive and consistent communication with business partners to drive the process, provide status and ensure successful hire within the expected timeline
- Participate in recruiting events as needed
- 1+ years of experience collecting data from multiple sources, performing analysis and presenting data
- 3+ years of experience leading and/or training Recruiters, functioning as a subject matter expert
- 5+ years of experience in full life cycle recruiting (screening, and closing both internal and external candidates)
- 5+ years of experience sourcing talent using a variety of tools including Linked In and professional networks, Boolean searches, and other social media tools
- 5+ years of experience building relationships with business partners, human resources and internal recruiting / staffing teams and candidates
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Experience recruiting candidates with active security clearances
- Experience with Workday
- Experience with Tableau
- Experience with high-volume recruiting
- Experience negotiating compensation with business partners and candidates
