We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Recruiter to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals looking to start their career in human resources and talent acquisition. The Entry Level Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening and engaging potential candidates to fill various positions within the organization. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop skills in recruitment, employee relations and relationship management while contributing to the growth of our company.

Responsibilities
  • Utilize various platforms including social media, job boards and internal databases to source candidates for open positions.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and fit for the company culture.
  • Assist in managing the recruitment process from job posting to candidate onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and progress within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide updates on recruitment efforts.
  • Engage in cold calling potential candidates to generate interest in available positions.
  • Participate in employee evaluation processes by gathering feedback from hiring managers regarding candidate performance.
  • Support employee relations initiatives by fostering positive relationships with candidates and internal teams.
  • Conduct research on industry trends and best practices in recruiting to enhance our strategies.

Qualifications
  • Familiarity with recruitment software or platforms is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on relationship management and effective communication.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Proficiency in social media management for recruitment purposes.
  • Basic understanding of technical recruiting concepts is advantageous.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A proactive attitude towards learning and professional development in recruitment.
