Employee Relations, Talent Manager
Fellowship Square, a senior living non‑profit organization, is seeking an experienced and compassionate Human Resources Manager to lead campus‑level HR operations. In this leadership role, you will act as the primary liaison between campus leadership and Corporate HR, ensuring seamless HR processes and compliance.
You will oversee talent acquisition and onboarding, employee relations, HR compliance, training coordination, personnel records management, performance management support, and engagement initiatives. This position upholds the integrity, timeliness, and confidentiality of HR operations while fostering professionalism, respect, and a positive workplace culture.
Responsibilities- Recruiting & Onboarding:
Manage requisitions, job postings, interviews, and new‑hire orientation. - Employee Relations:
Serve as first point of contact, conduct investigations, and advise on corrective actions. - Compliance:
Ensure adherence to employment laws (I‑9, OSHA, HIPAA, FMLA, ADA) and maintain audit readiness. - Training:
Deliver compliance training, track completion, and develop refresher modules. - HR Administration:
Maintain accurate HRIS data, process employee changes, and generate reports. - Performance Management:
Support evaluations, disciplinary documentation, and development planning. - Engagement & Safety:
Coordinate engagement activities, safety meetings, and emergency preparedness drills.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; HR certification (e.g., SHRM‑CP, PHR/SPHR) preferred.
- Five (5) or more years of progressive HR experience, with at least four (4) years in aging services, healthcare, or hospitality; experience in multi‑site or campus operations preferred.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in HRIS, ATS, and Microsoft Office Suite; strong technical aptitude and ability to generate and analyze HR reports.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
- Strategic thinking and adaptability.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
- Experience in training development and engagement initiatives.
