• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment
• Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment
• Keep dish stations stocked and running efficiently
• Assist with basic kitchen support and organization
• Help ensure all sanitation and health standards are met
• Work closely with the culinary and banquet teams during busy services and events

• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
• Reliability and punctuality
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
• Previous kitchen or stewarding experience is helpful, but not required—we’ll train the right person!
