Lead MentorThe Lead Mentor is responsible for the initial and ongoing monitoring of skills and knowledge of employees assigned to their site, working closely with the Operations Administrator, Nurse Manager, Clinical Director, and Clinical Manager to monitor each unit’s safety practices and training needs. The Lead Mentor will assist in the development and monitoring of each unit’s training plan.
Skills / Requirements- High school diploma or GED required; associate’s degree or higher preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in the health care field required.
- 1–3 years of experience in a training or education role preferred.
- Minimum of six months of recovery from substance use and/or mental health disorders preferred.
- Emergency Medical Technician certification (valid in Arizona) preferred but not required.
- Certified Nurse Assistant certification (current and valid in Arizona) preferred but not required.
- Current Arizona driver’s license, valid and in good standing.
- Clear 39‑month motor‑vehicle record (MVR).
