Job SummaryCommunity Bridges is seeking a Health Unit Coordinator (HUC). The Health Unit Coordinator (HUC) is a member of the multi‑disciplinary treatment team that provides administrative and clerical support to direct care staff. The primary focus is supporting the direct care staff by completing clerical and administrative duties. The HUC is also the responsible for providing exceptional customer service for all visitors and callers to the facility.
Skills/Requirements- High school diploma or GED required. Associate Degree or higher preferred.
- Minimum of 6 months of experience as a Health Unit Coordinator in a hospital setting, an EMT or a CNA.
- Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Current AZ Driver’s License.
- Emergency Medical Technician certification (valid within the state of Arizona) is preferred but not required for this position.
- Certified Nurse Assistant certification (current and valid within the State of Arizona) is preferred but not required of this position.
