We are seeking a full-time experienced Director of Operations to oversee physician clinics and surgery centers within our Arizona market. This role ensures all locations operate efficiently, deliver high-quality patient care, and meet organizational performance goals. The Director of Operations will lead budgeting, operational strategy, and continuous improvement initiatives while fostering a positive workplace culture and strong community relationships.

Schedule:

Chandler, Gilbert and Mesa, AZ. Full-time Monday – Friday.
Compensation: $140,000 - $175,000 and Full Benefits

Responsibilities:
  • Lead daily operations from multiple clinics and surgery centers across Arizona.
  • Ensure high standards of patient care, service quality, and operational efficiency.
  • Develop, manage, and monitor market budgets.
  • Set strategic goals, action plans, and performance targets for each location.
  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative leaders to improve workflows and patient access.
  • Build strong relationships with staff, community partners, and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.
  • Analyze operational metrics and drive data-based improvements.
  • Mentor and support local leadership teams.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field required; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of operations management experience, preferably in healthcare.
  • Experience with AAAHC survey preparation, standards and ongoing compliance.
  • Experience with ambulatory surgical centers.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Highly organized with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient with healthcare operations technologies and systems.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and healthcare regulations.
