We are seeking a full-time experienced Director of Operations to oversee physician clinics and surgery centers within our Arizona market. This role ensures all locations operate efficiently, deliver high-quality patient care, and meet organizational performance goals. The Director of Operations will lead budgeting, operational strategy, and continuous improvement initiatives while fostering a positive workplace culture and strong community relationships.
Location &Schedule:
Chandler, Gilbert and Mesa, AZ. Full-time Monday – Friday.
Compensation: $140,000 - $175,000 and Full Benefits
- Lead daily operations from multiple clinics and surgery centers across Arizona.
- Ensure high standards of patient care, service quality, and operational efficiency.
- Develop, manage, and monitor market budgets.
- Set strategic goals, action plans, and performance targets for each location.
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative leaders to improve workflows and patient access.
- Build strong relationships with staff, community partners, and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.
- Analyze operational metrics and drive data-based improvements.
- Mentor and support local leadership teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field required; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of operations management experience, preferably in healthcare.
- Experience with AAAHC survey preparation, standards and ongoing compliance.
- Experience with ambulatory surgical centers.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Highly organized with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with healthcare operations technologies and systems.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Knowledge of employment laws and healthcare regulations.
