Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is a non‑profit integrated behavioral health provider offering residential, outpatient, inpatient, and other services throughout Arizona. CBI focuses on substance use disorder and mental health treatment using evidence‑based models.

Site Manager responsible for day‑to‑day facilities operations at assigned location(s), ensuring acceptable condition, supervising maintenance, service, housekeeping, and kitchen staff.

• Oversee administration and facility operations.
• Ensure compliance with health, sanitation, and fire inspection regulations.
• Supervise maintenance, service, housekeeping, and kitchen.
• Maintain site in acceptable condition at all times.

• Food Handlers Card or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
• Clear 39‑month MVR record (must present report at interview).
• Level 1 fingerprint clearance card or ability to obtain.
• Minimum age 21.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2‑3 years business administration experience or equivalent education/experience.
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to health, sanitation, and fire inspections.
• Supervisory experience required.
