Job SummaryThe Clinical Director is a licensed behavioral health professional who provides clinical supervision, training, and quality assurance across CBI’s care system. Responsibilities include supervising licensed and non‑licensed staff, delivering orientation and ongoing clinical training, collaborating with the Director of Crisis Services, conducting fidelity audits, and ensuring compliance with Arizona Administrative Code, CBI Clinical Policy and Procedure, and federal regulations.
Responsibilities- Provide clinical supervision to assigned licensed and non‑licensed clinical staff following A.A.C. 6 guidelines.
- Deliver required clinical trainings during New Employee Orientation and throughout the year.
- Collaborate with crisis services leadership to develop and implement clinical trainings addressing identified needs.
- Conduct research to identify and integrate evidence‑based practices across all levels of care.
- Perform periodic fidelity audits to ensure staff adherence to approved practices.
- Offer scheduled and unscheduled clinical consultation, including on‑call shifts, to clinical teams.
- Ensure clinical programs meet Arizona Administrative Code, ADHS/DBHS Provider Manual, CFR, and contract requirements.
- Master’s degree in behavioral health or related field and licensed at the associate level with the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners (Psychiatrist, Physician, Psychologist, Social Worker, Counselor, Marriage & Family Therapist, Substance Abuse Counselor or RN).
- 1–3 years of full‑time behavioral health care experience preferred.
- Licensure at the Associate or Independent level with the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners required.
- Courtesy Clinical Supervisor Continuing Education Review Letter current for each renewal period.
- Fingerprint clearance card.
- Current AZ driver’s license.
