Next Gen Experience is a PLUS
Salary Range: MSN: $57K-$59K DOE; DNP: $64K
Additional Language Differential Pay Available:
Spanish,Vietnamese, Korean, Arabic, Farsi, Swahili or ASL: $3/hour ($6240 annually)
- Performs independently or as a part of a treatment team.
- Conducts physicals/check-ups, evaluations, diagnostics, treats illnesses, orders lab tests, general and preventative care, medication prescribing and monitoring, and individual treatment and case consultation.
- Performs the important task of educating patients about preventative care, wellness activities and prescribed treatments.
- Provides leadership and cohesion within the clinic environment, and may provide direct supervision to other professional and/or non- professional medical staff, and students.
- Participates in program evaluation procedures and professional record keeping, makes referrals appropriately for specialty and behavioral health care.
- Provides direct patient services not less than 85% of the work time
- Employs therapeutic interventions appropriate for identified treatment issues
- Seeks appropriate clinical supervision/support, when necessary, to ensure the provision of effective treatment
- Establishes appropriate patient files that conform to agency guidelines, best professional practice and State licensing regulations
- Nurse Practitioner License
- Master’s degree in nursing or DNP
- Possess a valid First Aid/CPR and AED certification
- Possess a valid DEA license
Must have valid Arizona driver’s license, be 21 years of age with minimum 3 years driving experience, and meet requirements of Terros Health’s driving policy - Must have a valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card or apply for an Arizona fingerprint clearance card (Level
1) within 7 working days of assuming role. - Must pass a TB Test.
- Proficient using computer-based systems including electronic health records (Next Gen preferred), Microsoft Outlook, and other Microsoft Office products.
