Experience Treating Co-Occurring Disorders Preferred
Behavioral Health Experience Preferred, New Grads Considered
Master’s degree, i.e., MA, MC, MSW, in a Behavioral Health Field
Arizona License: LCSW, LPC, LISAC, LMSW, LAC, LASAC or LMFT in Good Standing
AZ Licensure Reimbursed When Renewed as a TH Employee (according to Policy)
Starting at $22.52 for BHT level therapists
$57,000-$64,000 for associate level therapists
(0-5 years experience: $57K-$59,950 / 5+ years of experience: $61K-$64,150)
$70,000+ for independent licensed therapists
(0-5 years experience: $70,000-$73,450 / 5-10 years of experience:$75K-$78,500 / 10+ years of experience: $80K-$83K)
Additional Language Differential Pay Available:
Spanish, Vietnamese, Korean, Arabic, Farsi, Swahili or ASL:
$1/hour (Approximately $2,080 Annually) for unlicensed Clinicians
$2/hour (approximately $4160) for licensed Clinicians.
Duties Include- Provide outpatient counseling services which may include adults, children, adolescents, families, couples and groups using the Triple Aim framework of “Better health for the population, better care for the individual and lower cost per capita.
