Medical Office & Scheduling Coordinator - Front Desk

Apex Network Physical Therapy is looking for a passionate Front Desk Medical Office & Scheduling Coordinator to join our team! • Answering phone calls:
  Handle referrals and pre-authorize patient visits.
• Appointment scheduling:
  Ensure accurate scheduling and manage patient appointments efficiently.
• Paperwork management:
  Complete intake forms thoroughly and ensure they are finalized before visits.
• Electronic health record (EHR) management:
  Maintain and update patient charts.
• Payment collection:
  Oversee and process patient payments daily.
• Administrative tasks:
  Type notes, letters, and marketing materials.
• Clinic upkeep:
  Help with the cleaning and upkeep of treatment areas.

• A passion for patient care and a dedication to continuous learning.
• Experience in a medical office setting is a plus.
• Understanding of health insurance processes is preferred.
• Strong multitasking abilities and great attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal skills:
  Ability to build rapport with patients.
