Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is an integrated behavioral healthcare agency offering a variety of programs throughout Arizona. CBI provides residential, outpatient, inpatient, patient‑centered medical homes, medication‑assisted treatment, and crisis services to individuals experiencing crisis, opioid use disorder, homelessness, and mental illness.
Job SummaryThe Crisis Mobile Specialist is responsible for responding to crisis calls dispatched by Solari to the City of Mesa Police Department. The intent is to quickly triage a crisis situation, recommend an appropriate intervention, and assist in transitioning the person in crisis to the most appropriate level of care, when applicable.
Skills/Requirements- High School Diploma or GED is required;
Associate’s Degree is preferred. - Health Care related experience providing exposure to both behavioral and medical crisis situations is preferred.
- Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) in accordance with A.A.C. R and CBI Clinical Policies and Procedures.
- Emergency Medical Technician certification (valid within the state of Arizona) is required.
- Current AZ Driver’s License (valid and in good standing).
- Clear 39‑month Motor Vehicle Record.
- Fingerprint Clearance Card.
