Success On The Spectrum is a national ABA therapy franchise that teaches valuable life skills to children with Autism. Our new Mesa location is locally owned and family operated. We are looking for AMAZING, ENERGETIC, POSITIVE RBTs to help us continue building the culture for our Mesa location. Our model combines the most effective methods of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) science with play-based learning.

We use mostly NET and promote generalization with frequent field trips. Our goal is to help our clients grow into productive and fulfilled adults, ultimately increasing their overall quality of life. We are looking for playful, high-energy Behavior Technicians seeking full-time employment. You must have a passion for helping kids learn and have fun! SOS provides hands-on training to our Behavior Technicians and will pay for the registration for your 40-hour certification course to become a Registered Behavior Technician. We will increase your ABA knowledge through weekly team trainings and quarterly in-service training days. We will pay for you to maintain your CPR certification as well as your QBS Safety Care Certification. We also offer several side certification programs through the CR Institute platform.

RBTs work a full-time schedule. Pay is not affected by client cancellations. Within the center, teams rotate clients every 2 hours. We offer 2 weeks of PTO per year for full-time employees. Paid sick time, per State of Arizona guidelines, is also provided.

If you want to advance your career in ABA, there are opportunities to become a Behavior Analyst intern, and even a BCBA. You can take advantage of national partnerships with universities. SOS is an approved practicum site for Purdue, Florida Institute of Technology, and Nova Southeastern University. We also offer discounted tuition for graduate programs at Purdue University.

Success On The Spectrum is a national franchise and we are growing quickly, with opportunities to move into managerial roles at new locations. You may also transfer to a different location if you relocate.

• Work In Center Monday - Friday 7:45am-4:15pm
• Two times per week, work in client’s home 4:30pm - 6:30pm
• Client material creation and preparation
• Directly Implement Individualized Treatment Plans under the direction of BCBA
• Incorporate sensory activities into the session (Arts/Crafts/Activities/Games)
• Record client data into Central Reach program
• Convert appointments into billing
• Write detailed SOAP notes
• Attend weekly team meetings with BCBA
• Attend Quarterly in-service trainings and team bonding activities
• Cleaning duties

• High School Diploma (College Degree preferred)
• No criminal background
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Able to lift at least 40 pounds, to sit on the floor, and to be physically active

• Provide high-quality care to our clients
• Abide by all ethical guidelines set forth by the BACB
• Maintain client privacy in accordance with HIPAA laws
• Maintain the clinic's reputation for an organized, team environment
• Behave professionally with all staff members, clients, and caregivers

• Salary: $22-$24/hr (depending on RBT experience)
• Performance-based Bonuses/Raises every 6 months
