Location: Mesa, AZ
Schedule: Monday–Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM
Employment Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire
We are seeking an experienced Outpatient Clinical Manager to lead a community-based behavioral health program in Mesa, AZ. This is a leadership opportunity for a licensed clinician who values work-life balance and is passionate about outpatient behavioral health services.
Position OverviewThe Outpatient Clinical Manager is responsible for the clinical and operational oversight of outpatient behavioral health services. This role focuses on staff supervision, quality of care, compliance, and program effectiveness in a collaborative, mission-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical leadership and day-to-day oversight of outpatient services
- Supervise, mentor, and support licensed clinical staff
- Ensure compliance with clinical, regulatory, and documentation standards
- Support quality improvement initiatives and program performance
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care
- Active clinical license required (LCSW, LMSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent)
- Behavioral health experience required
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- Outpatient or community-based experience strongly preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Monday–Friday | 8:00AM-5:00PM
- No nights or weekends

Pay Details: $72,000.00 to $85,000.00 per year
