- Position Location: East Mesa/Admin Office (Power & Main)
- Schedule: Five 8 shifts M‑F between the hours of 7:00 a.m.
- 5:30 p.m. - Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour

POSITION SUMMARY
This position monitors, coordinates, and reports on the flow of the calls that are coming into the practice along with supporting the communication technology of the practice. This position also assists with acting as a key communication and scheduling representative for incoming calls into the practice and outbound calls, patient portal scheduling requests and website inquiries. This position serves as the team lead supporting the communications team.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education/Experience/Licenses/Certifications
High school diploma or GED required.
Two years of experience as a telephone receptionist/customer service rep.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Associates degree preferred.
Two years of experience in a call center preferred.
