Behavioral Technician

We are seeking compassionate Autism Support Specialists, Behavioral Technicians (BTs), and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide direct treatment and ABA therapy. Under the supervision of a BCBA clinician, the BT is responsible for working one-on-one with children to implement their individualized treatment plans. These plans aim to address behavioral management, daily living, social, and community skills. With training, RBTs will perform appropriate physical management to ensure the child's safety.

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED
• At least one (1) year of experience working with children with disabilities.
• 6 Months of ABA Experience (preferred)
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• For Pennsylvania applicants:
  Must be a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
• Physical demands may include long periods of standing, sitting, equipment handling, lifting, bending, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and engaging with children on the floor or standing for extended periods.
