What You'll DoAs our Senior Living Recreation Director
, you will:
- Plan and lead engaging social, recreational, cultural, and religious activities
- Create monthly activity calendars and newsletters
- Oversee and enhance the community transportation program
- Coordinate and supervise events and team members
- Ensure activities meet residents' needs while staying within budget
- Participate in training and maintain confidentiality standards
Your creativity will directly enhance residents' quality of life and create meaningful daily experiences.
What We're Looking For- Experience working in recreation or life enrichment at a senior living facility
- Ability to design a diverse activity program for seniors
- Basic computer skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Team player with a positive, collaborative mindset
- Genuine desire to work with elderly residents
