Responsibilities- Prepare and assist with diagnostic and interventional procedures, including PCI, thrombolysis, and congenital cath studies.
- Deliver patient‑centered care before, during, and after procedures, ensuring meticulous sterile technique and instrument readiness.
- Conduct pre‑procedure assessments, monitor hemodynamics, manage heparin protocols, interpret real‑time data, and respond swiftly to hemodynamic shifts.
- Perform arterial and venous access, sheath management, and post‑procedure patient education.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and evolving best practices, deepening expertise in cath lab instrumentation and contrast administration.
- Coordinate seamlessly with electrophysiology, radiology, and multidisciplinary teams.
