• Read and implement care/activities of daily living (ADLs) according to the resident service plan
• Respond to resident needs, pendant calls, and other community alarms in a timely manner
• Demonstrate empathy and develop caring rapport with residents; promote resident independence and self‑care
• Deliver care and services in accordance with individual service plan for all assigned residents
• Maintain accurate and complete records of care delivered
• Complete incident reports accurately and timely; understand policies pertaining to safety and infection control and demonstrate practices to control the spread of communicable illnesses; promote a clean, orderly, and safe environment; assist housekeeping and maintenance staff to keep the community and resident property clean
• Recognize, respond to, and report concerns in the resident's environment to ensure safety and comfort of resident

• AZ Caregiver certification – Not needed, as we will train
• Proven experience as a personal care assistant
