Occupational Therapist – Neuro/Peds Split – Up to $20,000 Bonus
Location: 2225 W Southern Ave, Suite B, Mesa, AZ 85202
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday – Friday
Compensation: Salaried, starting at $74,000 and up, commensurate with experience plus bonus and student loan repayment program
Incentives: Up to $20,000 bonus and $350/month student loan repayment
Base Pay Range: $20,000.00/yr – $74,000.00/yr
Banner Physical Therapy is seeking a full‑time Occupational Therapist (OTR) to join our fun, collaborative, multi‑disciplinary team. We evaluate and treat adult neuro patients and pediatric patients with diagnoses ranging from sensory processing, emotional regulation, developmental delay, cerebral palsy, genetic disorders, autism spectrum disorders, feeding disorders, visual‑motor deficits and more. You will play an integral role in collaborating with other professionals to help our patients reach their goals and learn new skills.

- Develop objective patient goals and establish the type, frequency, and duration of occupational therapy in collaboration with the referring physician.
- Supervise and delegate occupational therapy care for each patient within the guidelines of state rules and federal regulations.
- Provide comprehensive and individualized treatment programs and complete patient care responsibilities and documentation requirements.
- Participate in the design and implementation of new programs or procedures with the approval of the manager and referring physicians per HIPAA guidelines.
- Graduate of an accredited school for occupational therapy.
- State occupational therapist license (or eligibility).
- CPR certification.
- Valid state driver’s license.
