Aegis Healthcare’s Intake Patient Care Coordinator is the first touchpoint for referral sources. From the moment of first contact, the coordinator collects vital information, authorizes services, verifies insurance, and maintains rigorous privacy standards. Though non‑patient‑facing, this role sets the stage for quality, compassionate care throughout the Home Health Division.

• 1–2 years medical office experience (preferred)
• Strong interpersonal skills; relate well to staff and professionals
• Service‑oriented mindset and compassionate, caring attitude
• Effective verbal, written, and time‑management skills
• Valid driver’s license with proof of current insurance and reliable transportation
• Valid AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Current CPR certification and proof of negative TB test
