We are seeking a detail‑oriented and customer‑focused Billing Support Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role you will provide excellent support in managing billing inquiries, processing claims, and ensuring smooth and accurate billing operations. You will also assist with supplemental claims.

• Handle customer billing inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Verify and process claims, ensuring accurate billing and data entry.
• Assist with submitting and following up on supplemental claims to ensure proper reimbursement.
• Monitor claim statuses and escalate issues as necessary to ensure prompt resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of communications and billing actions in the system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Stay up‑to‑date on billing procedures, industry standards, and insurance requirements.

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree in Business or related field preferred).
• Previous experience in billing or customer service support preferred.
• Basic knowledge of healthcare claims and billing processes is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work efficiently and independently while contributing to a team environment.
• Familiarity with billing software and Microsoft Office tools.
