Independent Living Specialist

Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is an integrated behavioral healthcare agency offering a variety of different programs throughout Arizona. CBI provides residential, outpatient, inpatient, patient‑centered medical homes, medication‑assisted treatment, and crisis services to individuals experiencing crisis, opioid use disorder, homelessness, and mental illness.

The F/ACT Independent Living Specialists work with SMI clients in their homes or in the field to develop independent living skills. This position is expected to be in the field at least 80% of the time, working with clients to develop skills that will aid in sustaining ongoing recovery. The role also includes after‑hour and on‑call support.

• High school diploma or GED required; associate's degree or higher in a field related to behavioral health preferred.
• One or more years of clerical and/or administrative experience is preferred.
• Or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
