Overview
Behavior Therapist / RBT – entry to senior level opportunities available at Southwest Autism Research & Resource Center (SARRC). This role focuses on applying ABA principles to support individuals with autism in homes, schools, jobs, and community settings. Full-time position with a schedule of Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–6:00 pm.
Responsibilities- Implement behavior plans and data collection under supervision of BCBA.
- Support individuals with autism to participate in daily activities across home, school, work, and community settings.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure consistent treatment implementation and progress monitoring.
- Passion for helping others succeed; experience not required as training and certification support are provided.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills; able to implement treatment plans with peers.
- Compassionate, adaptable, and growth-minded; comfortable with new information and tools.
- Willingness to learn, inquire, and ask questions; comfortable with data collection software and technology.
Starting at $21 per hour. Potential for additional compensation for meeting weekly clinical hour requirements. Full-time, Monday–Friday; 8:00 am–6:00 pm.
Certifications and Transportation- RBT certification is required within 30 days of employment.
- Reliable transportation to/from client sites with a clean driving record (no more than 3 minor violations).
- Equal pay for all billable and non-billable hours; paid travel time and mileage reimbursement.
- Up to 16 days of paid time off and 8 paid holidays; medical, dental, and vision insurance (majority of coverage paid by SARRC).
- 401(k) with 50% company match up to 6%; annual professional development fund of $1,000.
