Location: Mesa, AZ (In-Office)

Position OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented Retirement Plan Associate to join our Retirement Plan Services team. This entry-level role provides essential support to Retirement Plan Advisors by assisting with fiduciary documentation, meeting preparation, client servicing, and operational execution.
This position is ideal for an early-career financial services professional who is eager to learn retirement plan administration and grow into more advanced advisory or client-facing roles over time.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare materials for Retirement Plan Committee meetings and assist with tracking action items
- Support Retirement Plan Advisors in managing existing client relationships
- Complete Salesforce tasks and maintain accurate client and plan records
- Navigate recordkeeping platforms to access and download reports and plan documentation
- Maintain and organize fiduciary and client files in accordance with compliance standards
- Track team deliverables to ensure service-level expectations are met or exceeded
Monitor progress against team objectives and timelines - Collaborate closely with team members to deliver high-quality client service
- Participate in retirement plan administration training and professional development
- Assist with special projects and process improvement initiatives as assigned
Education:
- No degree required
- Industry credentials strongly preferred
Experience:
- 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred (retirement plan support, recordkeeping, or similar roles)
- Experience with recordkeepers such as Fidelity, Paychex, or Epic is a plus
Skills &
Competencies:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Clear written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment
Other Requirements:
- Background check required
- Ability to work onsite in Mesa, AZ
- ASPPA Retirement Plan Fundamentals Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Prior experience supporting retirement plan committees or managing fiduciary documentation
- Entry-level role with a clear growth path into advisory positions
- Collaborative, team-oriented environment
- Hands-on exposure to retirement plan administration and fiduciary processes
