PAY RATE: $68.50/hour
We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client.

Act as an Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) representative on aircraft design Integrated Product Teams (IPTs).
Identify, document, and resolve potential impacts on existing Support and Test Equipment (STE), including reusable containers, Peculiar Ground Support Equipment (PGSE), Common Ground Support Equipment (CGSE), transportability equipment, and test equipment.
Recommend design modifications for new or updated STE; collaborate with design teams to mitigate impacts or document recommendations.
Ensure compliance with System Performance Specification requirements for STE changes arising from aircraft configuration upgrades.
Conduct research, document findings, and provide technical information to support processes for the development and maintenance of support products, engineering data, and integrated support infrastructure.
Requirements:- Typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g.,
Bachelor’s degree
) - Minimum of 5 years of experience in Army aviation
- Proficiency in one or more aspects of sustainment engineering
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
Skills:
- Experience with legacy or new production military aircraft such as AH-64 or AH-6i
- Familiarity with military aircraft sustainment products and services
- Experience in technical integration across multiple sustainment engineering teams
- Experience in developing integrated plans and schedules
- Knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM)
