Overview
Talent Sphere - Toronto, ON - conditions for subdivisions and condominiums, reviewing potential low and high-rise residential sites from a municipal permissions standpoint (Green Belt mapping, zoning by-laws, etc.); and identifying new potential growth areas for strategic land acquisitions.
