Inspects aircraft components for conformance to customer and engineering standards.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:- Determines methods, operations, sequences, and set-ups to perform inspections
- I nspects products for conformance to customer and engineering standards
- Participates in related production support functions as directed by team lead/manager
- Performs mid to complex quality control checks of mechanical components
- Determines inspection methods, operations, sequences
- Learns to assist Lead on process planning and flow
- Learns to assist Lead in training employees
- Must have a high school diploma, an equivalent certificate, or a bronze level Work Keys certification
- Technical education or FAA Airframe & Powerplant license preferred
- Minimum 1 year aircraft maintenance experience is required.
- Dynamic component repair, overhaul, and maintenance experience is preferred.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain an airport security badge through the local airport authority, if applicable
